- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I fractured my leg and required 2 surgeries. Dr. Aaron Osborne and Gary were great! Got me back on my feet in 3 months. Very professional and understanding. Took the time to explain my outcome. The front office staff however is not very nice. For someone who went through a traumatic injury and surgery and was in severe pain I would have expected better customer service or patient care. But several of the front office staff were rude. Gave no one on one service and directed me through the office like I was cattle at an auction yard. No care what so ever to the level of pain I was in nor helped get me in the office to a chair or out to my car after the apt. So I would give 5 stars to the nursing staff and doctors, but 1 star goes to the front office.October 15, 2017by Amber Buechle
